Project Concept

Usability = User Success. A tool isn't a tool if no one can figure out how to use it. The Six Flags Usability Study was a team project initiative. The task: evaluate an Atlanta area business' website to determine how usable the site actually is based on iterative testing of participants culled from the appropriate target audience.

Potential usability pitfalls in the current system we tested over the period of six weeks. My jobs included: camera operator, test facilitator, documentation & survey creation, as well as co-producer of the interactive presentation seen here.
