Introduction
The objectives behind the study of the Six Flags Over Georgia website are:
- Identify heuristic violations which are creating usability problems with the current system.
- Develop assumptions about methods for enhancing the current design in a way that will eliminate specific usability problems.
- Test those assumptions using an interative process of evaluation including focus group testing, usability testing of the current system, and prototype testing.
Ultimately, the overall goal of this evaluation is to enhance the current system, making it more user-friendly for all people within the Six Flags Over Georgia target audience.
